We sell a tool that measures whether AI answers mention you. It would be strange if we could not do that for ourselves, so a lot of this job is dogfooding in public.

What you would own

• Positioning for a category most buyers cannot name yet
• The site, the launches, and the loop between what we ship and what we say
• Our own AEO — running Allswap on Allswap, and publishing what it shows
• The numbers that decide what we do next month, not the ones that flatter last month

What we are looking for

• You have taken something early to its first real audience
• You write your own copy rather than briefing it out
• You can tell a vanity metric from one that changes a decision

What you are walking into

Allswap is small. There is no layer between you and the customer, and no queue to hand work into. Whoever picks a problem up carries it through to the person it was for.

That is the standard for the product, and it is the standard for how we talk to each other. If something is not working, say so early.
