Say the uncomfortable number

We build a product whose whole job is telling people something they might not want to hear. That only works if we do it with each other first — about the roadmap, about what shipped badly, about what we got wrong.

Own the thing end to end

We are small enough that whoever picks up a problem carries it to the customer. No handoff into a queue, no waiting for permission. If you need context to do that well, ask — nobody here guards it.

Ship it, then look at it

We would rather put something real in front of a customer this week and read what actually happened than spend a month protecting a plan. The measurement comes after the shipping, and it decides what happens next.
